All UK deliveries are delivered by UPS (Next Day Delivery) /Royal Mail (Track 24).

All USA deliveries are delivered by UPS (allow for 4 working days).

We cannot accept liability if there is any failure to deliver within these timescales.

We deliver to any postal address in the UK, Northern Ireland and the USA. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. (Saturdays incur an additional charge.)

We will not be able to change delivery address once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given when placing your order, we will not be responsible for goods that have been delivered to the incorrect address.

Olga & Asquith Products Ltd take great responsibility and pride when shipping our cakes to you. If there are any problems with your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are not liable for consequential loss, disappointment or other damage in relation to your order and will not pay compensation over and above the refund for the cost of the goods and/or services. This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law or any liability we may have for death or personal injury due to our negligence.
